Als mensen moeten wachten als ze de afhaalbestellingen ophalen hebben we bijvoorbeeld paling en oesters in de vitrine. Ik wilde dit jaar met iets nieuws komen’.
Menno kocht het tweedehands apparaat en liet een logo ontwerpen analoog het FEBO-logo: OLIVIJN de lekkerste..! FEBO, beroemd om zijn vers gemaakte kroket en snackwand vindt het volgens de chef-kok hartstikke leuk.
‘Deze oude FEBO – automaat is er eentje waar je muntgeld in kan werpen. Het is een slim apparaat. Als het een uur gevuld is geeft het aan dat het product te oud te geworden’.
