LIMBURG – De broers Marc en Luc Creusen en neef Stan Broecheler van Domein Steenberg maken jaarlijks voortreffelijke droge witte wijnen van pinot gris, riesling en gewürztraminer. Van deze laatste druif maken ze ook een edelzoete wijn.

De drie gastronomen zijn altijd bezig met eten en drinken en hebben als bijproduct een aantal wijndelicatesse ontwikkelt.

Vanaf heden zijn de volgende specials van Domein Steenberg verkrijgbaar.

Verjus, een milde azijn van ongefilterd druivensap van jonge druiven.

De Rauwe van Steenberg, een roodschimmelkaas geaffineerd met de Stercke van Steenberg.

Wijngelei van de Gewürztraminer.

Moutarde Violet, grove mosterd met drivenmost van de Pinot Gris.

De Stercke van Steenberg. Grappa van Gewürztraminer.
